We store conversation and personal data for up to six (6) years unless your account is deleted, in which case we dispose of all data in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and will not hold it longer than sixty (60) days after deletion.

If you are located in the EEA, you have the following rights, which you can exercise by contacting us:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
