Livepush ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement explains how we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to our website, https://livepush.io, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes our data practices in full.
We may collect and use information from you if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA). In this section, we explain exactly how and why this data is collected, and how we protect it from being misused or improperly disclosed.
The GDPR is an EU-wide privacy and data protection law that regulates how companies protect the data of EU residents and enhances the control EU residents have over their personal data.
Personal data is any data that relates to an identifiable or identified individual. The GDPR covers a broad spectrum of information that could be used on its own, or in combination with other pieces of information, to identify a person. Personal data extends beyond a person's name or email address — examples include financial information, political opinions, genetic data, biometric data, IP addresses, physical addresses, sexual orientation, and ethnicity.
The Data Protection Principles include requirements such as:
For the purposes of the GDPR, the data controller is Streamflex Labs Inc, 2803 Philadelphia Pike, Suite B #558, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. You can reach us regarding any data protection matter at support@livepush.io.
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under Article 6 of the GDPR, namely:
The GDPR adds requirements regarding how companies should protect the personal data of individuals that they collect and process. It also raises the stakes for compliance by increasing enforcement and imposing greater fines for breach. Beyond these facts, it's simply the right thing to do. At Livepush, we strongly believe that your data privacy is very important, and we maintain security and privacy practices that go beyond the requirements of this regulation.
We are committed to helping our customers meet the data subject rights requirements of the GDPR. We process and store all personal data with fully vetted, DPA-compliant vendors. We store conversation and personal data for up to six (6) years unless your account is deleted, in which case we dispose of all data in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and will not hold it longer than sixty (60) days after deletion.
If you are located in the EEA, you have the following rights, which you can exercise by contacting us:
We will respond to any verifiable request within one (1) month, as required by the GDPR.
We are aware that if you work with EU customers, you need to be able to provide them with the ability to access, update, retrieve, and remove personal data. The Service has been designed for self-service from the start: you have always had access to your data and your customers' data. Our support team is available to answer any questions you might have about working with the API.
We are incorporated in the United States, and your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA. Where we transfer personal data of EEA residents, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our vendors and processors.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about GDPR compliance or wish to exercise your rights.
